It's a command line utility, and I need to actually see the source member in order to determine what changes to make. Typical usage involves copying a template source member and doing a bunch of find/replace operations - as required for the particular pgm under development. It'd be nice if IBM would fix this once and for all. The current behaviour is, at best, unconventional and unhelpful. I can't think of a single reason why I'd need it to work as currently designed.
