-- -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Why not modify the free-form code to auto indent? Perhaps add some structure to the code. Wouldn't that make sense? Help the programmers communicate better with each other through time and space? --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@MartinVT.com --------------------------------------------------------- -------Original Message------- From: code400-l@midrange.com Date: Thursday, October 03, 2002 07:30:00 PM To: code400-l@midrange.com Subject: Corresponding End's >> The indent function of CODE would be superfluous in this case. You must work with really nice well disciplined people! One of the problems I find with any free-form language (and RPG is no exception) is that no two people do it the same way. And there are also those idiots who "forget" to indent when/where they should. In these cases the indented view gives you a standardized way of viewing the code.
