Chris; The only luck I've had with a debugger is the ILE debugger on the AS/400. 1) Submit the job on hold 2) STRSRVJOB on the submitted job 3) start the debugger for the program to be debugged. You can't set breakpoints or watches yet, but it's part of the steps. 4) Release the job. This pops up a screen that will let you enter debug commands. 5) Key DSPMODSRC and press enter. This should pop up the source for you to set breakpoints or start stepping through the program. I have found the debugger with Code product slow and unusable when working with programs running on the AS400. Hope this helps! At 09:35 AM 9/13/2002 -0600, you wrote:

I submit it on hold, but when I go into the debugger and pull up my job list it only shows my interactive session. Why is this? Obviously, it's submitted with my userID. If I display all jobs in the job list and select mine, it says that it's not found. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any assistance! Chris
