Hi Cyndi,

That's easy enough... from CODE/Editor click the "Options" menu, then
choose "Token Attributes"

>From the "Token Type" dropdown, select "Highlight"

Click the "Background" Radio Button and choose a color that doesn't disturb
your co-worker.

Click the "Foreground" Radio Button and choose a foreground color to
compliment the background color.

Click OK and you should see the change right away.
