>> I'm just curious as to when we might see more on this. Be patient <grin> Phil Coulthard and George Farr have authored a number of articles on the topic. You can find some of the early ones at www.ignite400.org and (I think) at www.tug.on.ca. iSeries magazine will also be publishing a series of three articles on the topic in the June (?) issue. What IBM have been saying publicly (and therefore I have no problem repeating) is that the function of individual components such as VAJ, Code/400, VARPG and Code Project Organizer will be subsumed into the workbench. The original Code for example - will be launchable from inside or outside the workbench in addition to the new Java based LPEX that works within the workbench. The new LPEX is nowhere near as functional as the one in Code and loading the workbench is slower than Christmas but once you get there it is a nice and highly flexible environment. In fact my major fear is that it took us this long to get folks to switch editors - the new world is - well intimidating is a good word. Jon (Happy but nervous) Paris Partner400
