I don't speak for IBM, but I'm guessing you'll find that they don't support CL GUI prompting. I'd guess this is because they probably haven't been able to justify the resources to bring it out of beta stage. I'd say your best bet for CL prompting is to run the STRCODE server, but that doesn't get you all the way . There are certain commands that you prompt which have built-in GUI prompting and apparently you can't disable those. The CALL for instance. I'd much rather prompt the CALL command to a green screen because it takes longer to fiddle around with the window buttons then it does to just type in the parms I want to enter, and you can't reorder the parms anyway. I don't know if you will experience the same memory leak with "built-in" GUI prompting, but hopefully you will not. I would say that if you do, you might be able to make some noise with that, since it is included in the standard release of CODE.
