VARPG under different screen resolutions

We are deploying our first VARPG application and we are running into a
problem.  Some of our users have a different screen resolution than the
application was created in and the look of the application changes
significantly depending on the users resolution.  Is there a setting in
VARPG  that would allow the application to look the same regardless of the
resolution?  Ultimately we would like all the users to have the same
resolution but with various size screens due to our image system that may
not be possible.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
