Hi Rick,

There is no way you will get the V3R2M3 client version of CODE to work
properlywith V5R1M0.
As a matter of fact, support for the V5R1M0 release was only added via
service pack to the V4R5M1 client.

I highly recommend that you install the V5R1M0 client, or at the very least
V4R5M1.
