What I wound up doing was adding just a scroll bar itself to the form, which
does give me the line scrolled to.  So now when I/the user scroll the scroll
bar I have all the listbox's scroll.

Hi Jim, the only way I know,  would be to use the SUBFILE part instead of
the Listbox and use the TopRecord attribute, to determine the top visible
record number.
