× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I took a quick look at this, it seems that if two window titles are
defined it only shows the first one in the design page.  I've opened an
internal defect 41999 to track the problem.

Little annoying bug....

If you have Top & Bottom Window Titles, only the Top Title will be
displayed
in Designer...
