IBM attempting to sabotage the Create Procedure activity

Actions, SmartGuides, Create Procedure.  Great little function.  However
the return field is always named retField.  I personally don't have a
problem with this.  It is IBM who does.  If you create two subprocedures
using this, and retField is defined with a different size, then you cannot
use that within SQL in either subprocedure.  Seems that SQL currently does
not support local variables, or at least the reuse to different sizes.  I
have a pmr 78018,500 opened up on this.  As of the last update on this pmr
they are trying to determine whether to fix this, or declare it a
limitation.
