Hi Jim, For the Window Position: Modify your profile.lx in your custom macro directory. I have the following line in mine:'set windowpos 0 55 900 970' That tells the editor to always open with the bottom left corner at X,Y of 0,55. 900 pixels tall, 970 wide. I believe there is also a Maximize keyword if you always want it maximized. I think Code should be saving your settings when you exit anyhow... But to get that to work you MUST exit by using File, Exit. I know that is the only way it saves any settings right now. Hope this helps, David -----Original Message----- From: JOberholtzer@compures.com [mailto:JOberholtzer@compures.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2002 10:46 AM To: code400-l@midrange.com Subject: How do I retain the window size when starting code? Folks: Every time I start Code/400 the window is very small and I have to resize it. How do I save the window setting so it will consistently open in the same location and size as when I last saved or closed the window? I can't find anything that talks about it in the documentation. Also, any idea when command language prompting will not need a STRCODE session? We have the graphical prompt running (very cool) but still need the STRCODE session running to use it. Am I missing something or is that the way it is?
