Subject: 2 Bugs

I found a couple of bugs today, one I can recreate, one I cannot.

Bug 1 - Code Editor
* If you try to open a source member from the 400 that is already opened in
SEU, the copy in Code will be read-only.
   Exit SEU
   Close the Code view
Reopen from the Code File menu
Code will open the source in Read-Only again.
If you reopen from CPO, it is ok.

Bug 2 - Code Designer
* I have a window with text in it, and every so often Designer wipes out
the
Row & Column. It always seems to be the same record format that gets
modified. When I look at the source through PDM I can see the Row/Col were
there...but now they have disappeared in Designer. It has happened 3 or 4
times today, but I cannot consistently recreate it. I though I was nuts
for
a while...

The window is pretty generic:
     A R F04WND
     A WINDOW(6 10 9 56)
     A WDWTITLE((*TEXT 'Change ASN
Shipmen-
     A t Details') *TOP *LEFT)
     A WDWTITLE((*TEXT 'F8=Continue
F12=C-
     A ancel') *BOTTOM *RIGHT)
     A WDWBORDER((*COLOR TRQ) (*DSPATR
RI))
     A CA12
     A CF08
A 2 2'If you change any of the ASN
Shipm-
     A ent Details,'
     A COLOR(YLW)
A 3 2'then any EDI Sent or Labels
printe-
     A d are now incorrect.'
     A COLOR(YLW)
A 5 2'If you are changing the ASN
Shipme-
A nt Details so you can'
     A COLOR(WHT)
     A 6 2'resend the ASN, then press F8
here-
     A , then change use F15'
     A COLOR(WHT)
A 7 2'to change the Bill of Lading
Numbe-
     A r, set the Trailing'
     A COLOR(WHT)
     A 8 2'Letter, press F8 again, and
then r-
     A esend the EDI.'
     A COLOR(WHT)

When it screws up, it will either clear a Row or Col, or both. I never
know
it did it until my compile fails. And to make it a bit more confusing, it
is changing formats that I am not even editing...

Thanks,
David
