Thank you for your reply. I found out what was ailing my installation. My new PC has most of the hard drive allocated to D: instead of the normal C: . I had to change the "environment variables" on my PC to point at the D: for TEMP and TMP folders. I had no idea what "environment variables" meant or where to change them. I got this information from the Help in Websphere and our hardware guy helped me with finding where to change the "environment variables". Learn something new everyday! Have a great weekend!
