You'll neet to add the following lines to your profile.lx

   /* Change the trigger line for scrolling from 3,-3 to the first and   */
   /* last lines on the page                                             */
   'set focus.top 1'
   'set focus.bottom -1'

For me, Alt+T has always put the current line as the 3rdline from the
top....
