Hi,

I am on V5R1 SP4E1...

I have not changed GLOBAL.FIELDS either...

Coincidentally enough, the 7th option on Help is 'Product Information'...
and the 7th option on Extras is 'Context Sensitive Editing' (Which pops up
the Product Information panel)...

I do not have anything strange in my profile.lx...

Thanks,
David

Hi David,

What release are you on...? I'll check this out. It should not still be
on if you have turned it off using the menu. It can get messed up if you
change GLOBAL.FIELDS yourself. Either in the command line or in your
profile.

Don't get me wrong....I love it :)

But when I turn it off, I get the About Splash screen, the check mark goes
away, but it still uses Column Sensitive Editing...

Any idea why?

Thanks,
David
