Small bug with RECORD command

Hi All,

I have been using the PlayNow macro that was posted by David Morris, and it
really comes in handy...

I have discovered a small problem with the Record command though.  The
PlayNow macro assigns F7 to be RECORD Inverse.  This command does not work
unless the Keystroke Recorder has been ON at least once.

To make it work, I modified my Profile.lx to include:
'RECORD ON'
'RECORD OFF'

My guess is that until the Recorder is ON, it's state is null or unknown?
Just using RECORD OFF does not work either, so I assume OFF checks to see if
it is ON before setting the state to OFF....

I think the fact that we can post minor gripes about CODE is a testament to
its recent stability...
