Run selective install from the Client Access group.  I do not recall if CAE
V4R5 had this but I am pretty sure it did.  CAE V5R1 will scan the server
for you.
Under selective install, navigate to the /QIBM  and under there somewhere is
the install.  I think it was under  UserData/GuiPlugin/CODE400  and is
called opsnav.zip.  there is also the unzipped version in there and you
point the selective install to that.

I have V4R5 of CAE, V5R1 SP3 and V4R5M1 SP2 of WDTS (two PC's).
