Thanks for your quick reply. Turns out I had to run STRCODE. Even after I
shut down the server the command still worked.

I went to V5R1 (hurray for /free!) and no longer can invoke the Code edtior
from PDM. I did note that the library QCODE has gone away. Here is what is
currently behind my PDM option:
