I went to V5R1 (hurray for /free!) and no longer can invoke the Code edtior
from PDM.  I did note that the library QCODE has gone away.  Here is what is
currently behind my PDM option:

CALL PGM(QDEVTOOLS/EVFCFDBK) PARM('37' 'Y' 'OS400' '<LOCAL> CODEEDIT
"<>&L/&F(&N)"')

Any help greatly appreciated.
