Navigator printing problem

Shouldn't "Multiple Pages" print at the zoom level selected instead of the
maximum zoom level?
Both types of Navigator printing in CODE/400 appear to be similar to a
screen print (View -> Navigator -> Open -> Services -> Print...).

It looks like "Single Page" prints slightly more than what appears on
screen, at the zoom level currently selected.  "Multiple Pages" appears to
again print slightly more than what appears on the screen, but at the
maximum zoom level, no matter where the zoom is currently.

Some pages didn't even print.  I haven't upgraded from SP3 to SP4 yet.  I
haven't seen a post about this Navigator printing problem in the archives.
Is the
"Multiple Pages" print actually a problem and if so, is there a fix for it?
