Mike,

Possibly your expectations are too high!! Read through the archives for
words like crash!

I have no problems with codeedit. Never have, even with Win Me (which
sucked). (I currently have W2K with 256mb ram.) I still have problems with
CPO, Code Designer, and communications. Not as bad as it was. The worst is
Code Designer. But I keep plugging along with it because inspite of the
frustration it causes it is much better than SEU. And the IBM'ers are
extremely helpful and go out of their way to try find bugs, invite us to
send them sample code etc.

Another factor which plays an important role is how Win98 was installed. If
it wasn't a clean install you probably have problems in general. Upgrades
seem to cause problems that you can never get your finger on.
