I would appreciate if you could be more specific on your problems and
give us at least a bit more information on, for example,
1). the network environment you are in,
2). the functions you are using,
3). the release/version installed.
You should also be aware that there is a problem with Norton anti-virus
interfering with CPO and CODE functions.
