Can't put to host

Yesterday the 'Put to Host' option stopped working in CPO.  At first I
thought I needed to reboot (the codeexit.exe/CM EXIT and killing the evf*
jobs didn't work).  Well I rebooted and it still doesn't work.

I can get from host.

I can save to the server.

I can't put to host.  I don't get the OK message.  When I first started
using Code, I found if I clicked the run again button in the lower right
corner that then the CPF message would display in the message box.  But that
isn't occuring this time.

I have W2K SP2 and V5R1M0 SP3

Can anyone tell me where to look?
