The internet version said I was at sp3, then I dl'ed the shebang and the
installer reinstalled sp3.

Howard just had me delete all the Explorer cache files and once we had done
that the internet option worked fine.  Thanks Howard.  Hopefully they'll put
a note on the website to that effect.
