I almost always F3 until all my "sessions" are ended. I will try
the
File Exit.

How do you exit Code/400. Do you use the File-Exit or do you Alt-F4 or
click the X in the top right corner. I have had best luck when using
the
File-Exit route from the menu, the other methods don't seem to update
the
most recently used files list and may affect the option you are setting
also.
