Service Pack 3 appears to be now available at:
http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/product.jsp?s=p&pf
=&type=s&postsb=&id=MFRS-4KMTVW

There are two versions:
1) WebUpdate (only downloads needed components)
2) Complete Download version.

The README can be accessed at:
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/v5r1sp3/readme_v5r1m0sp3.htm

Please post if you have any problems.

I could have sworn that on Sunday I saw service pack 3 at this address:

but now I can't find it.  I'm sure it was there becuase it offered to
download and installer that would walk you through the
dependency/install order process.  I downloaded that but it wouldn't
run, complaining that it had a problem downloading isscript.msi.  Maybe
that's why it has vanished...
