Still no solution yet.
We learned early on that CODE/400 requires a unique current library to be
set for each user profile as well.  This is because the STRCODE user space
needs to be stored in unique libraries to retain unique IP addresses.  We
got around this by using a CL that would set a unique current library
(usually same name as user profile) from a file for each user profile and
then execute STRCODE in the CL.  We still execute STRCODE with *RESOLVE for
the IP address to always get the IP address for the terminal.  I am sure
that the current library is being set as a unique current library prior to
the execution of STRCODE.  We tested using the CL to set the current
library prior to the STRCODE command in QDEVTOOLS and directly setting the
current library and executing STRCODE command.  Good suggestion though.
Thanks for your input.  I am hoping I can find someone who has ever had the
CHGCURLIB occur twice when opening a member.

Early on we discovered that Code/400 required each user profile to have a
current library, and it had to be unique to that profile (different
profiles
couldn't have the same current library).  Maybe you could try this to see
if
it clears this up.
