If I told you that I'd have to kill you <g> - no $$$ involved - it is
covered under software subscription.  I'm afraid I can't tell you the
formal process 'cos I didn't use it, but they are pretty good at putting
the re-order information on the web site.

We don't have V5 here yet - waiting for another box to come in and the
current one is busy doing "real" work.  It works fine with V4R4.  Do you
have the V4R5 release or an earlier one.
