Violaine - I should have known this was too good to be true. I looked at the site and found this little message "Please select your country for the Problem Reporting Facility. If your country is not listed, Problem Reporting has not been enabled in your area." Guess which well known North American country is not on the list? Hint - it's the home of Code/400! In fact only the USA, Netherlands and Australia are supported this way. The rest of us apparently don't have problems <grin>. So, I'm afraid I won't be reporting the Code/400 problem I mentioned earlier as I am not going to waste half a day plus with IBM Canada's support line the way I did last time I called them. batthish@ca.ibm.com@midrange.com on 03/05/2001 11:17:04 AM Please respond to CODE400-L@midrange.com Sent by: owner-code400-l@midrange.com To: "CODE400-L@midrange.com" <CODE400-L@midrange.com> cc: Subject: How to open an APAR <snip> Alternatively, Customers may submit defect problem via the Internet, no contract is required.
