Both the tmp and temp variables are pointing to the big drive.  Moving stuff off the c drive would be a bit painful, and of course shouldn't be necessary (it'll be the last resort I guess).

The problem may lie with where your TEMP files are being stored...
 
I am pretty sure that if you change your TMP & TEMP environment variables to a different drive before starting, you will be able to complete the install...
 
Or, it might be easier to just move some data off of the C drive long enough to do the install...  Then move them back when the install completes.....
