I'm using W98. 1) If I put the toolbar to either side of the screen, it will _not_ autohide. If I put it at the top of the screen, it _will_ autohide. 2) When I initially opened it, it went to the LHS (left hand side) of the screen. It adjusted all my desktop items along that side so that I could still see them. When I close it on the LHS, it adjusted _everything_ on the desktop to the left, including some items I had along the RHS that were not moved upon opening. Therefore the items I had neatly aligned along the RHS edge of my desktop are now moved left about an inch. In addition, I agree with Jon P regarding the documentation. -- -Jeff The opinions expressed are my own and not necessarily the opinion of my company.
