Old directories left

I installed WDT 4.5.1.  As part of the install, it removed my old 
version of VARPG and CODE 400.  However, the following directories 
are still on the system (with some files in them):

c:\adtscs
c:\adtspdf
c:\adtswin

WDT was installed to c:\wdt400.  The install _did_ say that some things
could not be removed.  Can I safely blow away the above 3 directories?
