In online help I find the following:
-Programming With VisualAge RPG
--Communicating Between Objects
---Making Local Calls
----Calling Local Program Using CALLP
-----Figure 62. Specifying definition specification parameters when
calling local programs.
D Pgm1 PR cltpgm('testprog')
D Parm1 20A value
D Parm2 6B 3 options(*nopass) value
I tried this in my code, but the compile failed with RNV3744E, "The
parameter for keyword OPTIONS is not valid; the parameter is ignored."
What's wrong?
