The Getting Started book is actually designed to launch you into the
product where you can then follow the online help for answers. VisualAge
for RPG is a more complex product and therefore takes up more of the
material in the Getting Started, but there is quite a bit of CODE/400 stuff
in there. Also, the keystrokes for the Editor are itemized in an online
help item called Keys Help, available from the Help menu in the CODE
Editor.

My point exactly - 4 of these manuals have nothing to do with using
Code/400
as an RPGIV editor (I have no use for VisualAge RPG) and the other just
tells
you how to install (not how to use) Code/400. Are there any manuals,
redbooks, webpages, anything that we can print and read to tell us what
keystrokes do what in this editor?

IBM wonders why this product is not in widespread use, and then does not
provide a manual. Duh!
