Spastic cursor...

Hello IBM,

We're now up to V3R2M3, and we're still plagued by one of the more annoying
bugs that has been in the product since day one;

- two members are open in a horizontal split view
- take your mouse and click somewhere in the member that's *not* in focus
- cursor moves to the position that it was in the last time the member was
in focus.

The behaviour that I would expect here, is that the cursor is placed at the
position where I click my mouse. This is how all other Win apps seem to
behave - and is certainly a more useful behaviour.

Is this not considered a bug by you folks? Is that why it still hasn't been
addressed?
