Yes, this is the new debugger in V3R2M3.
If I remember correctly this problem happened in the old debugger
also, just not as bad.  So going back to the old one is not really
an option.  Plus, we like the interface on the new debugger much
more. I have not noticed any performance problems in the new debugger.
