Source disappearing in Debugger

We are using V3R2M3 of CODE/400 on Windows 95.

I bring up the debugger with a program with modules loaded.
Show the source for one of the modules and then do a search
for a field name. The field is found and the source positioned.
Page down a few times and the source begins to disappear.
It goes downhill from there.  Sections of source will disappear
at random.  Only way to get it back is to shutdown debugger,
but problem will resurface and gets worse.

Any thoughts??
