I think you need to start by finding out why those fields are
commented out - start with another program that uses the same copy
member and work from there.
Since (for example) the statement length makes no sense without the
statement, and the array count makes no sense without the array,
something else is going on. I would suspect that another copy member
is being used and this one was kept around just to keep certain
programs that needed the remaining fields for other purposes happy.
