First - this is not the right list to ask this question.  This is the COBOL
list, and you will get a better response from the Midrange L list.

Question;

Is this submitted as a batch job?

If so, what are the message logging parameters set at?

You need to have the Level, Severity and Text set at the correct levels to
have the job log anything at all.  Also, you might want the "Log CL program
commands" parameter set to *YES.
