Did you get your answer to this?We use standard copybooks (for each version 4010,4030,etc) for each transaction type (REF, PO1, LIN, etc) We use the same copybooks for use on the AS/400 using ILECOBOL as we do on the RS/6000 using MicroFocus COBOL.
We use Sterling GIS and create ASCII flatfiles for import to their translator, and it produces ASCII flatfiles we export from their translator to use as input for our COBOL EID programs.
