Is UAVBASEF the file name or the library?  TFUDD is not the file?

Hmmm...maybe you have a library list problem or something...

Do a DSPFD of UAVBASEF and look at the Record format name
then change your copy statement to:

        COPY DDR-RecordFormatName of UAVBASEF
