Simple answer - No.

More complicated answer, batch programs are (relatively) easy to convert,
but interactive are a no-no.  There is no DDS, no external files.  CL
converts to OCL/Rexx but there are no tools that I know of.

Most people are converting off mainframes onto 400's - you are treading a
strange path!
