This definition does not match the DDS - it should be S9(5)V99.  In DDS read
the 7 2 as "7 digits of which 2 are decimal places" the COBOL 9(7)V99 on the
other hand should be read as "7 digits before the decimal point and 2
after".

If you add a COPY DDS statement to the program you'll see what the compiler
thinks the definition should be.
