Let me understand something here... with an IF statement, does the IF
continue through all statements until it hits a period?

CALC-1.
  IF A > B
    ADD 1 TO C
  ADD 1 TO D
  .

The above defines a paragraph named CALC-1.  If A <= B, then does it add one
to D or not?  If not, and I want to change this, do I have to use "END-IF"?

CALC-1.
  IF A > B
    ADD 1 TO C
  END-IF
  ADD 1 TO D
  .
