In ILE-cobol, I have successfully been using the CPIs: CEEDAYS (converts gregorian date to Julian days), CEEDATE (julian days to gregorian date) and CEEDYWK (input julian dayno., retrurns the dayno. in the week). I had no problems implementing these routines. I can send you the definitions, parameters an the calls if you are interested. I also have an ILE-Cobol routine for calculating easter day. Mvh.
