CEEDAYS/DATE/DYWK - where can I find a description?

Good morning everybody.

I'm in need of determening whether a given date is an easter holiday or
another holiday.  I do have a nasty old program for that, but I'd rather
use the API's CEEDATE/CEEDAYS if possible.

Where do I find a description of what information they provide?  Is there
a national code (for getting local holidays)?
