Great the NOMONOPRC works fine on the PROCESS statement! It recognizes lower case across the SQL pre-compiler. Also in answer to my other question it does not work doing:

1 CALL-NAME pic x(12) value "QlnDumpCobol".
Call CALL-NAME .....

It fails with the message Non numeric literal required
