The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I think CGIDEV2 does not come anywhere near the functionality of clearsilver. CGIDEV2 is no option for me.

Well you can use CGIDEV2 for this purpose which since it is written in
RPG poses not integration problems. Although designed for HTML
output, many of us have used it for the purposes you detail (file,
buffer, etc.).
