I can't find the SA_RESTART flag in the signal.h. The code that uses it is as follows:

Is there an alternative or workaround?

Another thing is that there is no wait3() in ILE C. Would the following work:

#define wait3(stat_loc, options, rusage) waitpid(-1, stat_loc, options)
